What is Mishmeres?

Mishmeres has been set up under close guidance and דעת תורה of local Rabbonim, to provide assistance to users who wish to use a more לכתחילה level of Filtering.

Under the guidance of the Rabbonim שליט"א, we currently only offer and support the NetFree filter. Mishmeres can help though with switching from other filters to NetFree, and assisting users after their transition.

Mishmeres is a group of experienced technicians, who will advise, and help users with:

• Filter installation
• Adjusting filter settings
• Help using the filter
• Guiding users through any challenges they may experience
• Navigating NetFree’s support system

What will our team do for you when you visit Mishmeres?

• Help switching over from another filter if needed
• Recommend limiting user access and will offer to levels that have been advised by דעת תורה. The recommended level will be for categories or sites Letzoirech Parnossa only, email, banking, UC and Windows and software updates. The second level will be broader access, but some categories will not be opened at all. A user that cannot join these levels, will be advised to either get a special התר from their Rov, or install the Filter on his own or elsewhere, as Mishmeres will only do an installation or join to their קהילה those that join the levels mentioned above. But regardless, the user will always be welcome to contact for further assistance afterwards on anything related to NetFree.
• Suggest additional software to provide an extra level of שמירה (WebChaver, Qustodio, BIOS protection).
• Assist you with anything related to the NetFree filter or its settings.

Please note we are not associated with NetFree, nor do we have special access to their support team and therefore will only be able to help and advise, but not open any new web sites etc for you. You must submit this to NetFree yourself.
